The Step Up Leadership Programme offers youth training and leadership experience developing the next generation of active young leaders. Teens are selected by their community, school or local NGO to join the Step Up Leadership Programme. Once training has been completed youth are able to gain hands-on leadership experience volunteering in the Step Up Camps or Clubs in their local community. They are also able to join the development team and take part in planning and leading different activities in their community for younger participants. Youth participants are individually mentored to support their volunteering and leadership journey to become positive changemakers in their community.
