Step Up has been supporting the education of thousands of south Sundanese children living in refugee camps in Gambella, Ethiopia. Shipments of bespoke culturally designed Step Up workbooks have been distributed, giving children the opportunity to continue learning while schools are still closed.

The Covid pandemic has been especially difficult for refugee children. With no internet or zoom options, thousands of children in refugee camps have had their education on hold for so long. An education that gives them hope of a brighter future.
